How to Update Account Information?
You can update your account information, including your name, email, and phone number, on the Profile Page in the client area.
How to Change My Password?
You can change your password on the Change Password Page in the client area.
How to Recover My Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page and enter your email address. We will send a password reset email to your inbox.
Alternatively, you can go directly to the Password Recovery Page.
How to Set a Password If I Previously Logged in With a Social Account?
If you previously logged in using a social account, you can set a password by using the password recovery process.
Go to the Password Recovery Page and enter your email address. We will send a password reset email to that address.
Account Email Address
If you logged in using a social account, your account email may be the one associated with that social account rather than your usual email. Please check your email accordingly.
How to Change My Account Email?
You can change your account email from the Profile Page in the client area. Look for the option to modify your email at the top of the page.
Alternatively, you can go directly to the Change Email Page.
Email Change Notes
- After a successful email change, there will be a 10-day cooldown period during which you cannot change the email again.
- After initiating an email change request, we will send a confirmation email to your current account email. You need to click the link in the email to approve the change.
If the current email is no longer accessible
Our system will send a confirmation email every 8 hours. If there is no response after 3 attempts, the change will be automatically approved (this process takes approximately 25 hours). The verification code will be sent to your new email.
- After clicking the confirmation link, a verification code email will be sent to your new email. You need to enter the code to complete the change.
Linked Login Methods and Contacts
To ensure account security, all linked login methods and contact information will be cleared. You will need to re-add them.
How to Delete an Account?
Accounts cannot be deleted but can be closed. If you wish to close your account, please submit a support ticket to contact us.
Account Closure Notes
- Accounts cannot be closed if there are any active products or services.
- Accounts cannot be closed if there is any remaining account credit.
- Closing an account does not mean that your data will be deleted, and you cannot use the same email to register again.
- After closing your account, you will not be able to log in to the client area or view any account information.
