Can the IP Address Be Changed?
IP addresses are a limited resource, but we offer a limited IP address change service. If you need to change your IP address, please submit a ticket to contact us.
IP Address Change Policy?
Applicable to Pro & EB Series Packages
- The instance must have been purchased for at least 7 days (from the eighth day, it qualifies for a free change).
- At least 15 days must have passed since the last request for a new IP address change (including paid requests). If the instance has multiple IP addresses, the calculation is based on the time of the most recent change.
- ICMP and all TCP ports are blocked.
- The service must have a remaining validity of at least 7 days.
If all the above conditions are met, you can request an IP address change for free.
Tip
If the allocated IP address was blocked at the time the instance was activated, you can submit a ticket directly to us, and we will provide a free IP address change.
Alternatively, you can request an IP address change at any time for a fee of 5USD, with a minimum interval of 7 days between requests.
Applicable to T1 Series Packages
- The instance must have been purchased for at least 24 Hours (from the next day, it qualifies for a paid change).
- At least 3 days must have passed since the last request for a new IP address change. If the instance has multiple IP addresses, the calculation is based on the time of the most recent change.
- The service must have a remaining validity of at least 3 days.
- The fee for each request change is 5USD.
If all the above conditions are met, you can request an IP address change for a fee.
Tip
T1 series products assigned IP addresses are not guaranteed to be available in sensitive regions for the first connection.
Important Notes
- The assigned IP address does not guarantee any geographic information for a specific region or the availability of particular websites/services.
- IP addresses are randomly assigned by the system and cannot specify a particular IP range or specific IP address.
- IP address changes cannot be reversed or refunded (if the invoice has been paid and the IP address change has been completed).

- Instances with Premium & Eyeball network configurations are guaranteed for the first connection globally (handled via ticket submission).
- Fees will apply for IP address changes if ICMP is available or if only some ports are inaccessible in certain countries/regions.
- Fees will apply for IP address changes if the instance has been active for less than 7 days.
- Fees will apply for IP address changes if the instance has less than 7 days of remaining validity.
- Abuse of this feature may result in being banned from using the IP address change function.
Can Extra IP Addresses Be Added?
Most instance packages do not support adding extra IP addresses. Currently, only the LAX Pro series packages support adding extra IP addresses. If you need to add an extra IP address, please submit a ticket to contact us.
Can IP Addresses Be Transferred?
IP addresses are bound to instances and cannot be transferred to other instances.
Are IP Addresses Guaranteed to Access Any Website?
We do not guarantee that IP addresses will have access to any website or services, including streaming, gaming, or platforms like Netflix and ChatGPT.
Is IPv6 Supported?
Yes, all instances are assigned a default /64 IPv6 prefix. You can view your IPv6 address in the instance control panel.
If No IPv6 Address Is Assigned
For a very few instances, IPv6 addresses may not be assigned due to historical reasons. You can submit a ticket to contact us, and we will assign an IPv6 address for you.
